This policy covers cancellations, refunds, and what happens at the end of your billing period. We've kept it straightforward.

1. How to Cancel Your Membership

Cancel anytime by logging in to your account at login.yevcards.com, then going to Memberships → Billing and selecting "Cancel subscription." No email required, no approval needed ‚Äî it's self-service.

If you have trouble accessing the portal, email us at [email protected] and we'll process your cancellation manually within 1 business day.

2. When Cancellation Takes Effect

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access to all member content until that date. After that, your access ends and you will not be charged again.

We do not issue pro-rata refunds for unused days in a billing period. If you cancel mid-month, you have access through the end of that month — use it.

3. Monthly Subscription Charges

Monthly subscription charges are non-refundable. When a billing period starts, you have immediate access to the full content library — that value has been delivered.

You can cancel at any time to stop future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and no further amounts will be billed. Past charges will not be refunded regardless of when you cancel or how much of the period you used.

4. One-Time Course Purchases

You may have purchased one or both of the following one-time digital courses:

  • From Zero to Cardist
  • 7 Moves in 7 Days

Both carry a 48-hour money-back guarantee from the time of purchase. To request a refund, email [email protected] within 48 hours with the subject line "Refund Request." Include your purchase email, which product you'd like refunded, and ‚Äî so we can keep improving ‚Äî one quick note: what wasn't a fit for you? That's the only step. We'll process a full refund to your original payment method within 5‚Äì10 business days.

After 48 hours, these purchases are final.

5. Refund Processing

All approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at purchase. Processing time is 5–10 business days after we approve the request. Your bank's processing time may add additional days before the funds appear in your account — this is outside our control.

Refunds are issued in US dollars. If your bank converted the original charge to another currency, the refund will be in USD and currency fluctuations are not our responsibility.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks are expensive for small businesses and almost always take longer to resolve than a direct refund request. If you file a chargeback on a valid charge (i.e., one covered by these terms as non-refundable), we reserve the right to dispute it and provide transaction records to your bank. We may also suspend your account pending resolution.
