These Terms of Service govern your use of yevcards.com and the Decksterity membership. By creating an account or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Mind Art Group LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We own and operate the YEVCARDS brand and the Decksterity cardistry membership platform. Our support email is [email protected].
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to purchase a membership. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are between 13 and 17 years old, a parent or legal guardian must purchase on your behalf and agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. Accounts are personal — you may not share your login with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without our written consent.
The Decksterity membership is offered at $1 for your first month, then $12 per month for every month after that. The $12/month rate is billed monthly to the payment method you provide at checkout.
Your membership renews automatically each month. On each renewal date, we will charge $12 to the payment method on file. Your subscription continues until you cancel it.
If you joined Decksterity as part of the Founder cohort at the $12/month rate, that rate is locked in for as long as you remain a continuous member. We will not raise your price. This guarantee applies only if your membership remains uninterrupted — if you cancel and rejoin, the then-current price applies.
You can cancel your membership at any time by logging in to your account at login.yevcards.com and going to Memberships → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to member content until then. No partial-month refunds are issued.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry using Stripe's standard retry logic. If payment cannot be collected after retries, your membership access may be suspended until payment is resolved.
After completing your initial checkout, you may be presented with optional one-time offers (currently: "7 Moves in 7 Days" and "Zero to Cardist"). These offers are charged with a single click using the payment method you provided in step 1 of checkout. No new card entry is required.
By entering your payment details at checkout, you acknowledge and authorize that clicking an explicit "Yes, add this" button on subsequent pages within the same checkout session will charge an additional amount to your payment method as shown on that page. Each charge amount is displayed clearly before the button is clicked. Clicking "No thanks" or closing the page declines the offer at no charge.
All Decksterity content (video tutorials, course materials, community access) is delivered digitally. There are no physical goods and no shipping. Access begins as soon as your payment is confirmed.
All course content, videos, lesson plans, frameworks, and other materials available through Decksterity are owned by Mind Art Group LLC or its licensors. Your membership gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content for your own private use.

If you violate these terms, your membership may be terminated without refund and we reserve the right to pursue appropriate legal remedies.
You agree not to:
Cancel anytime through your account at login.yevcards.com (Memberships → Billing). Your access continues until the end of the paid period.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms (particularly Section 7 or 8), engage in fraudulent activity, or if a chargeback is filed against a legitimate charge. In cases of serious or repeated violations, termination may be immediate and without refund of any remaining period.
On termination, your license to access content ends immediately. Content you downloaded in violation of these Terms does not become authorized by termination.

The Decksterity membership is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, that content will be error-free, or that your cardistry will improve by any particular amount. We are a cardistry education platform — results depend on your practice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mind Art Group LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mind Art Group LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising from your membership will not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability exclusions or caps — in those cases, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. This applies regardless of where you are located when using the service.

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally within 30 days, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in English. You waive the right to participate in a class action. Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis only.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect intellectual property or prevent imminent harm.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the membership after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you don't accept new Terms, cancel before they take effect.
